Army Of Women Contest

Help me to win a wonderful new pink vespa!  (just like the ones that you see strolling down the streets of Rome).

All you have to do is go and sign up to be a member of the Army of Women.

Here is the information that I have received on the contest:

The Army of Women wants YOU to hit the streets, PINK VESPA style. We are partnering with Vespa and Lifetime Networks this October to give away a limited edition pink Vespa LX 50 to the Army of Women member who recruits the most women in the month of October and November. The top five recruiters will be entered into a drawing to win the pink Vespa.

This is your opportunity to get in the driver’s seat, steer us towards our one million women strong goal, and scoot away in a very cool pink Vespa. Here are the details:






The contest will be open from October 13, 2009-November 23, 2009. During this period, recruit as many women as you can to sign up and be part of the Army of Women. This is your chance to be creative! Host an event right from your own home, use your resources to host an awareness/recruitment event in your community, or simply sign women up by word of mouth. (Please note: The recruitment numbers that will count towards the contest will be tallied ONLY FROM OCT 13-NOV 23. So, even if you already recruited 25 friends back in June, unfortunately, we are unable to make that count. We appreciate and always encourage our Army of Women to spread the word, but due to contest guidelines, we must abide by the time restrictions). We will tally up the numbers from November 23- November 30 and a winner will be picked on November 30 at a live results drawing!





When you direct people to the armyofwomen.org to sign up, make sure they pick from the referral field "Vespa Contest". They then must enter your email address in the corresponding field. This is the only way for us to keep track of how many women you are recruiting.





The winner will be asked to use the pink Vespa to promote the Army of Women and chronicle their personal journey to recruit women for the Army of Women through an online blog on www.armyofwomen.org as they raise awareness for the cause.



So help me today win this wonderful Vespa for my daughter who has been a victim/survivor of sexual molestation!
